Owner tries to offer excuse that he was out of town. His staff treated me terribly. His secretary lied to me many times and tried to kick me out of office. Owner tries to blame me for paperwork error, but the Court clerk signed the subpoena, which requires that it be correct. As I told the owner, I am not upset about their paperwork error. The issue I have is how I was treated and lied to.

The subpoena was served on the date requested.  There was an error with an additional document delivered along with the subpoena.  Further the entity which was served claims the subpoena was invalid due to a change made to the document prior to us receiving the document.  The...

complainant has been provided with the affidavit of service she requested and the matter has been handled on our end.  There was a delay with the owner contacting her as he had been out of town on vacation at the time of the incident.  Everything that the complainant has requested has been completed at this time, and she was not charged for the service.
