With regards to the address :the school's physical address is  Building:  [redacted] Road: [redacted] City: [redacted] Country: [redacted] is our school's main software. we had purchased an sms Module from Alert Solutions because we needed an sms messaging system to be used...

on [redacted] , they are a third party developer that offered this service. once they installed it for us we ran in to two issues after using the system which had to do with the out put of the messaging service.the sms arrived to the audience's phone as separated messages and the sender did not show a short name BBS it showed a US phone number which we could not accept to contact our local school audience as our current sms service has been allowing us to have a short name for the past 2-3 years. They are currently asking us to sign a release form to cancel year 2 and 3 of our subscription and they say that if we do not sign the release form we are still liable to pay year 2 and 3 of our contract.   If we sign the release form now we are not allowed to contact a third party for reimbursement of the paid potion of this year which we paid in full already and we have not used the module at all for any messages other than the first test message because of the two issues. Your advice is highly appreciated.

 Dear Sir , Madam    I would like to re-open our case as we had received an email from the vendor “Alert Solutions” that stated they were going to resolve our issue. We accepted the offer and were waiting for their response but I have not received anything yet. Also our payment for the full year which we have not used is still held by the company. We cannot close this dispute unless they complete the software changes that resolve the issue which they mentioned they could or we will accept a partial refund that is prorated to the unused portion of the contract . Thank you, [redacted]
