I am responding to the complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] We have re-engaged with this customer and have emails going back and forth between usWe are hoping to resolve this with her shortly.Thank you, [redacted]

With regards to the address :the school's physical address is Building: [redacted] Road: [redacted] City: [redacted] Country: [redacted] is our school's main softwarewe had purchased an sms Module from Alert Solutions because we needed an sms messaging system to be used on [redacted] , they are a third party developer that offered this serviceonce they installed it for us we ran in to two issues after using the system which had to do with the out put of the messaging service.the sms arrived to the audience's phone as separated messages and the sender did not show a short name BBS it showed a US phone number which we could not accept to contact our local school audience as our current sms service has been allowing us to have a short name for the past 2-yearsThey are currently asking us to sign a release form to cancel year and of our subscription and they say that if we do not sign the release form we are still liable to pay year and of our contract If we sign the release form now we are not allowed to contact a third party for reimbursement of the paid potion of this year which we paid in full already and we have not used the module at all for any messages other than the first test message because of the two issuesYour advice is highly appreciated
