I am rejecting this response because, without my knowledge, Alerus put my money into a Managed Fee account, made no attempt to contact me to explain fees or investment
options and hid fees in the body of a paragraph on statementsAlerus claims that their fees are competitive, but they are not; my other retirement accounts had set annual fees (one was $50, one was $125.00), not a percentage of account balanceAlerus' fee specialist told me that my Alerus account should NOT have been in a 1% managed fee accountFurthermore, on the agreement that I signed it appears that opposite the word FEES, it is indicated as "WAIVED"Alerus provided no management services, the money sat in a very few mutual funds and if Alerus does not pay all or a large part of the money back, it just makes it more clear how unethical they are
