I am rejecting this response because: Payment wasn't receieved until 11/30/as they lost payments in the mailI had to continue following up just to make sure I didn't miss the last date as why I called again on that datePaid extra to do online. It's now January 5th, and still no progressIf it's typical for 3-month time frame to process, I have no complaintOr if this issue would've resolved with out me constantly following up I would've been okBut, to this date my efforts of constantly making sure everything has been processed seems like it's not even getting startedSo I'm lost at what to do. TDA Claims they still haven't processed anything

One of my CSR’s just received another call from [redacted] stating that TDA still is denying claims even though they have confirmed back to us in writing that the member would reinstated. He called at 9:28am this morning and we sent another urgent email out to TDA at 9:29am. I believe we are being more than diligent with his case and this complaint should be lodged with TDA.

·         The member was sent his COBRA Specific Rights Notice on 09/05/2017. He did not make his COBRA election/payment until 11/30/2017 (this would have been his very last day to elect).·         The carrier...

notice was faxed to Companion Dental on 12/01/2017.·         Member called on 12/12/2017 and confirmed with one of my reps that the reinstatement had been sent to the carrier on the 1st. The member then told that rep to drop the dental coverage 10/31/2017.·         Member called back on 12/12/2017 and stated the group still did not show the member as active. We then contacted Companion Dental, they stated that when needed to send reinstatement info to TDA Dental. We updated our records, and resent the reinstatement information right away. The member was made aware that this was a 2nd attempt and that we were going to try using some updated information from the carrier.·         On 12/22/2017 the member called and said they still weren’t active. I gave one of my reps a contact to go to directly at TDA Dental, according to the emails exchanged (see attached) apparently there was some confusion regarding the term date and credits that were given from TDA to [redacted]. Neither TDA or the former ER [redacted] reached out to Alerus during this time.·         12/22/2017 we received the confirmation that the dental coverage had been reinstated under COBRA, we called the member back the same day to let him know this. I feel as though Alerus was very proactive in the matter concerning Mr. [redacted], I do not believe that the complaint should lie with Alerus, but rather the carrier that was not responsive to the multiple requests. Thank you,Whitney
