On December 19th 2019 I ordered three products from alerycollection.com. I ordered a blouse, a pair of earrings, and a necklace that with tax came to a total of $41.80. I received an email confirmation stating that they would let me know once my items were shipped. Over 2 weeks had passed *** I found it very odd that my orders still had not come in nor did I ever receive a shipping confirmation. I emailed the company on January 6, 2020 asking if my order had ever been shipped but never received a response. I then decided to send a direct message via Instagram to alery (as they are always advertising via IG social media). Someone responded to me thru alerys Instagram page telling me they would check on that for me, asked me for my email address but then I never heard anything again. I have emailed the company three times to there email address on there website and no one has gotten back to me and I even tried writing again via IG with no luck. I have ordered from this company in the past and never had a problem. So I am disappointed in there poor customer service and really just want my money back. I feel like they robbed me and who knows who else they may have done this to as well. Please help.
