School Orders where placed back in Dec 2013 with questions that involved a number of orders. The Armani school was notified of these questions on Dec **, 2013, The end result was the picture number associated with [redacted] child photo was incorrect and the need it needed to be correctly...

Once the correct photo was chosen it was then ordered, and delivered to the school at which time [redacted] was able to pick up her child photo.
Client [redacted] is happy as she has received the correct photo of her child.
All concerns have been satisfied with client.

Review: In November 2013, I paid $42.95 for school pictures for my 13 year old son. To date, I have not received the school pictures. I have been told, repeatedly, that the pictures are in route. To date, six months later, the pictures have not been received. The pictures are of my son, [redacted], student at the [redacted], New York.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive the pictures. If this is not possible, I would like to receive a refund.
