I am filing a complaint and I have spoken with someone on site about this issue
In 2013, I open storage units with the understanding that I would get a discount on the units as long as I kept up to date with paymentsMy rent in 2013, was $and now its $per month
Its now 2017, and Alessandro storage keeps raising the rate by $for each unit for each year since until nowThat is a high percentage for an increase in rentBesides, that they have a customer restroom that you can use while there on site looking through your storage unit that you could useI was told that it was in repair (Dec2015) and it would be available again in a couple of monthsIt has now been over a yearI ask about it and they keep telling me its in repairI have ask to speak with a manager given them my name and number and no one has called meIts been months now I have tried several ways to resolving this issue before coming to filing a complaintI believe this company is ripping of
