On May 30, at 12:pm I sold a tire to *** *** for $used tire which he paid in a debit (debit ending *** I let the customer know all used tires do not have
warranty, only new tires doTire was torcted down, job done correctly*** *** came to us days later and told us that the lugnuts stayed loose, we never denied to check out carAt that point we brought the car in to check the tire, took off back passenger wheel and seen nothing wrong with him saying lugnuts being loose because loose lugnuts results in stripped studs/broken studs or tire completely falls off carOn a different day *** *** came back again and said his rim was bent so I agreed to pay half to keep customer happy, then when he came back again said wheel bearing had to be replaced and at that point *** *** wanting us to pay for $897.84, which at that time we felt *** *** was trying to take advantage of us

I do not agree because owner states I came back to his shop days later when in reality I was there the day after the incident which is june 1,he also stated that loose lug nuts could cause a wheel to fall off, and in this case my wheel almost did as shown in the footage I have of the lug nuts being loose at the timeThat is when I decided To take my vehicle in to be reviewed by him but we had already manually tightened the lug nuts because my wheel almost came off of which I have the videoThe owner also mentioned that I asked to have my wheel bearings replaced for $but that is actually the cost of a replacement rim that was damaged by the loose lug nuts for which the quote was sent directly from puente hills MitsubishiNot only did I NOT ask to have my wheel bearings replaced and I did NOT ask for the full amount to be paid we had agreed to pay half as he also mentioned he would get some quotes on his behalf and I would do the sameWhen I returned with my quote from Mitsubishi he refused to speak or see me and sent an employee to let me know to take him to courtThat is why I'm asking the owner to take full responsibility of his actions and damages caused

When I returned a day after my trip to the tire shop which was on 06/01/I asked him to take a look at the wheel that they had installed because it almost came off my carIn regards to the video, I can prove that the recording took place the day of my trip which was the day after I purchased the tireThere was no reason to pull over on the side of the mountain endangering my family, just to loosen a tire and record a videoAt no point did I harass any of the employees, I simply continued to return to figure out together what was wrong with my car ever since they had installed a used tire and the wheel almost came offAfter they continued to give excuses of what might be wrong I suggested my rim might be bent and they took off the rim to inspect it and test it but still stated it wasn't bentThat is when I decided to seek another professional opinion, and headed to E-Z rims for rentWhen I returned to the tire shop to let them know my rim was indeed bent the owner agreed to pay halfIf he would have taken the time to speak to me rather than turn me away, he would have seen that the quote given was for one rim and we could have came to an agreement or continued to look for more quotes together

Like we said, we do not know why he is still stating he came in the following day the tire was installedWhen in fact it was days afterI have no reason to lieRegarding the video, I AM POSITIVE IT WILL STRIP OR BREAK OFF THE LUG NUTS IF THE TIRE WAS LOOSEHe "simply continued" to return with his brother demanding moneyAnd getting loud in front of other customersI have a potential witness that can con firm that *** was being loud and rude and potential customer asked why, so we mentioned the situationThis potential customer stated that this could be handled in a better fashion besides being rude and demandingHe then offered to give us his number in case *** would continue to harrass businessWe never gave excuses, he simply asked us to check lug nuts to see if they were looseWe never refused to check *** carNothing was stripped, nothing was broken, nothing was bentYES, we did agree (to satisfy ***) to pay half, but on one wheel, like we see now it was not enough for ***No one wheel and tire cost that much on a vehicle like ***'sNow he changed on what we agreed on and accussing us for more damagesWhere is the honesty in people and a mans word? After being harrassed by *** and his brother at that point is when he came back with quote, always yelling and screaming, we just let him know lets go to court
If *** was really concerned of his well-being of his family he would have bought new tires instead of usedBecause all used tires are temory and not warrantySigns are posted all over shop that used tires are not warranty
