I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Furthermore, I was not aware that there were issues with leather supply this year and how it impacted their ability to do businessThis is something they could not help and thus neither is the delay that ultimately followedI've read the message recently posted on Alessi's website about this issue and agree: I would rather wait and receive a great holster than one made from subpar materialsI thank them for replying in a polite, professional manner to answer my questions Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] ' s holster is actually in the ovens and should ship tomorrow afternoonWe moved our business in OctoberThis moved that was supposed to be completed in - days, actually took about three weeksUnfortunately, we were delayed further producing holstersAs you know we are a custom leather holster maker and we produce these one at a time by hand for specific firearms, using only 100% USA materialsI understand that we could be better at answering emails and telephone calls, but can't everybody? We simply do not have the resources for hiring additional employees at this timeBarring any last minute problems with the **'s holster, as I stated earlier, it should ship tomorrow afternoon Thank you, Tom

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Furthermore, I was not aware that there were issues with leather supply this year and how it impacted their ability to do business. This is something they could not help and thus neither is the delay that ultimately followed. I've read the message recently posted on Alessi's website about this issue and agree: I would rather wait and receive a great holster than one made from subpar materials. we are a custom leather holster maker and we produce these one at a time by hand for specific firearms, using only 100% USA materials. I understand that we could be better at answering emails and telephone calls, but can't everybody? Good morning,  We are a family owned and operated business and have been for 40 years. As a custom holster maker, we make each holster one at a time for specific firearms. The products we use are 100% USA materials. Over this past winter, we had unusable leather to make holsters. I could...

have used an inferior product, but I choose not to, as we have worked very hard to establish and maintain our reputation for delivering the highest quality product we can. I refuse to compromise quality for the sake of delivering a holster "on time". Our customers know what we do and I hope they would agree. The fact that I had unusable leather, put us weeks behind in production. Typically, we can deliver a product in about 8 to 10 weeks, however, this past winter with the leather quality, we are now more than 16 weeks behind. In this day and age of electronic communication, I do not always answer emails, if I sit at my desk on a computer, I can't make holsters. If however, you call and ask to talk to me, I will always take the call and give you an answer as to where your holster is in production. If you leave a message, someone will always call you back, it may take a day or two, but you always get a call. In Mr. [redacted] case, I believe he has already received a credit to his credit card, as I believe he has disputed the charge. I am in the process of finishing his holster. My last email to Mr. [redacted] was on June 23rd, stating if I didn't have any problems with his leather it would ship the following week. As it turned out, I did have problems with his leather and had to re-make it, which is why I'm currently working on it today. In any case, even though Mr. [redacted] has been credited his payment, I am sending him his order. If he chooses to send me payment, fine, if not, he'll get his order for free. Best regards, Tom
