I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolvedI additionally would request that any previous complaints (from me) be removed from the Revdex.com website Regards, [redacted]

As much as we value customer feedback, I honestly am a little confused and disappointed with this specific postWe are working with the *** Business Department directly to solve these reviewsI would also like to apologize to any current/potential clients who are reading both ***' reviews and
our response! This is both inappropriate and misleading in many waysNot to confuse *** any more than they may already be but I will try to clarify! The fact that there are multiple star ratings from one "issue" is unfortunately something that will be addressed considering most of this information is misguidingWe are a very proud established business with *** reviews (filtered and unfiltered) and only of those reviews are below starsWe worked and tried very hard to make sure that out of those reviews, 96% of them are a 5-Star rating!! *** had unfortunately purchased this *** from an independent dealerThe check engine light was on when she purchased the vehicle but was promised that it would be repaired to LEGALLY pass MAState inspectionUnfortunately the gentleman (unknown to us) had reset the light and drove it enough to pass inspection. Needless to say the check engine light came back on soon thereafterShe brought the vehicle to us and we confirmed there were multiple (12) codesWe had determined that the bulk of the codes were mostly "EVAP" issues and thankfully only effect fuel efficiency and not necessarily performanceAfter a thorough check up of the vehicle we had determined that unfortunately she had purchased a truck that had many undercarriage shields missing among other pieces and various other non-emissions related issuesBeing a *** technician I was hoping to not only fix the EVAP issues for a reasonable price but hopefully be able to repair the parts for free as shown in our invoice which confirms a $charge because we knew she had been taken advantage of from the seller. On our highway test drive coming back from *** of Peabody where we took the vehicle to get a manufacturer "only" reprogram we unfortunately had a fender benderIt's clearly something that happens very rarely but a human mistake nonethelessWe contacted our insurance company anyway and had everything fixed up in days (front bumper)Not only did we pay out of pocket for the repair because we do not yet do body work but we had our corporate insurance company get involved to give Ms*** a check on top of it, again to make sure she was fully contentTo go the extra mile we even agreed to pay the *** dealer the $fee to inspect the vehicle for *** and confirm our work was complete and the truck needed what we had already confirmed. We would have already had this issue resolved if not for a few odd requests which I do not believe were ethical*** unfortunately had a list of demand she had come up with in order to remove the reviewsShe wanted us to not only take care of the work already preformed but also asked for compensation on repairs not related to usShe wanted the parts throughout the truck that were listed by the *** dealer who confirmed were unrelated issues to be replacedShe wanted compensation and had come up with a daily monetary figure for the time not having the truck while we and the dealer had itShe also asked us to pay for the parts missing/nonfunctional when the truck was purchasedShe then came up with a figure of depreciation since she's owned the truck that we also should cover including various other demands. She stated that she would be willing to take down the reviews only if we took care of those random demandsNow I/ we usually don't say this, but forcing us to do something that we're not responsible for while we're already trying to help with an already horrible experience with whoever she purchased the truck from is something we do not think is ethically fairI will not state the amount she demanded to supposedly take down the reviews nor will we negotiate in this manner until *** and Revdex.com resolves the issue and hopefully understands reviews cannot be used to blackmail or force a business to pay for random things. Again, I apologize to any current/potential customer that has had to read through theseWe hope that *** and Revdex.com is always used in an appropriate manner and unfortunately that is not the case in this specific situationWe have never gone through anything like this before and hope to never go through it again but would love to thank anyone who has fully read our response! We look forward to providing 100% quality/ honest craftsmanship as we have been doing at an almost unbeatable rate and that is our goal no matter what! This is something we are very proud ofResponses like this I'm sure are not common and we do not want to boast when we say this but we are the highest rated/most reviewed auto repair shop in New England for a reason and we will continue to provide just that!!!! Thank you all!-------------------------------------Sorry for the long descriptive messageThat is what I sent to her and also responded to on her *** reviewIt is very unfortunate and as I mentioned we are not only the highest rated auto repair facility in New England on *** but also The highest on the entire East CoastAs mentioned in my message above we try very hard to please everybody and try to resolve this with the young lady but unfortunately as I said she practically tried to blackmail usHer vehicle was repaired for what she came in for and of course for the little damage that we caused during our test driveI offered her a totally free rental car while we were fixing her car when she first came in which we do with every customerI also provided her with a full state police report, I also covered the $actually for the full inspection at the *** dealer and of course had my insurance company mail her the check for the damage caused even though I had it fixed for her myself out of pocketI have tried everything in my power to please her and unfortunately after she noticed that she continue to ask for moreI also have a picture or copy of the *** dealer inspection stating that all of the initial check engine light work that she came in for was repaired and the only other thing she needed were unrelated to what she asked me forI'm so sorry for putting you through this and as you can tell we try very hard to please absolutely everybody but her demands to take down your Revdex.com complaint and the *** review we're totally outrageous!!! Please let me know if you have any other questions I will be more than happy to answer them.Thank you so much!!

They never want to solve the problem and they lie to me. They never told me they involved my vehicle into an accident. And I still do not know how bad the accident was!!!!!!!!!! What's more, they should have repair the evap relation to check engine light, they did nothing ! And the road test from alewife automotive to peabody will never use the the road where accident happened. So they definitely held my vehicle as personal use. And the [redacted] who are in Peabody Service Center told me my vehicle never occur in their service center. So they continuing lied to me. And [redacted] told me they still kept part of my vehicle and did not install it for me. It's crazy. Just want to take advantage from a young girl who are not familiar with the vehicle.
