Alex City Auto Collision took my new 2016 Honda Civic in after a wreck in November of 2016, after it was hit in the rear end. After at least 5 months in and out of shop for repairs they could not get the trunk lid aligned or stop water from leaking in. At this time I was instructed by a lawyer not to do anything until after an injury trial was set. In July of 2019, the trial was over and I was instructed to take said car back to Alex City Auto Collision for them to correct the problems I was still having with the car. They told me they would have to cut off and order the correct parts because the wrong parts were put on in first repair. It is now February of 2020,(7 months) and they still have my car and have not done any repairs.
