Their policy for cancellations is deceptive and unfair. I made a reservation by phone for my 91 year old father to ride from Indy to Fort Wayne. I was not thinking about cancellation and had not seen their web site. They did not tell me on the phone that cancellations do not receive a refund. I cancelled 4 days prior to his trip when we decided he should not be alone through the Indy airport. He fell on an escalator there the last time he traveled so we are driving down to pick him up. Upon cancelling I got notice that no refunds are given, just credit for a future ride.
When I called them (they answer their phone about 1 out of 4 times) I was told too bad, so sad. This is a poor way to do business. notice of something this important to a customer should be given pre-sale.
