Purchase a bedroom on 08-03-2018 for the amount of $1100.00 finance for synchrony Bank but the salesman ad taxes and interest to the total and he gave me an invoice for total amount of $1293.74 and 3 day after purchase the bed broke and my daugher wake up on the mattress over the floor, I complaint about the problem with *** furniture and I'd tell them that I notice the base of the bed was cardboard that suppose to be wood and they said they will come to my house to fix the problem and never show up, after 2 Month I return the bedroom and they didn't return the total amount of the product, to the bank and now the bank is calling me, for a charge over $450.00 dollars for
This problem was on 11-17-2018 - He returned the bed in this date: He damaged the bed that's is why we charged him the 25% re-stocking fee. Please see attached letter that we mailed to synchrony and also the pictures of the bed. He spilled some liquid on the dresser and damaged the dresser. He received bedroom in good conditions.
I am rejecting this response because:I return a bedroom because the Botton of the bed broke by itself, and I attach the letter that he answer to the bank, but I call him 3 days after I Purchase the bedroom my daughter wake up on the floor because the bed broke when she was sleeping, I took the parts to *** furniture and I show the parts to his wife and she saw that the material was cardboard and she said that *** will come to my house to fix the bed and He never show up, and I decided to return the bedroom that my daughter didn't use because the mattress was on the floor between the rail of the bed, I only need he return the money to the bank.action in court
