On July 9th Lucy purchased a Subaru Forrester WagonIn the end of October Lucy stopped at Mighty Concerned about some repairs her mechanic suggested after she had her oil changedThe oil change was the first one she had done and was miles over dueshe said she does not have any money for repairs to her car because because she is trying to get out of an abusive relationshipSo we said we would look it over as a favor not because we had any responsibilityLucy purchased a year old vehicle with 113,miles on it and when purchasing a pre owned vehicle you have to budget for repairs as a vehicle is a complex machine that wears out over time and mileage.We had first noticed the vehicle was covered with mud up to to the windows as if it went off roadingIt seems to have been driven hard and completely neglectedWe put tires, brakes, belts, hoses, and washed it upThese items were not completely worn out but we did the repairs to help her outWe inspected the rest of the vehicle and found it to be in good condition, not like new but goodwe did not charge her anything and gave her a loaner car to use while we repaired hersweeks later we receive this complaintLucy had owned her car over months and driven over miles(who knows where)We have no responsibility for any repairs past or future and will no longer be willing to help her in any way.Thank you,

The customer requested to do his financing through usI explained that I would not be in Thursday to run his information and that I would run it right away Friday morningI came in and started working on his financingHe then had called after is was already done to withdraw his requestWe have a signed credit application authorizing us to pull his creditThere was no wrong doing on the dealerships end

Wow, I thought the Grinch was Nasty! We facebooked the previous owners of this vehicle and asked them how the vehicle was for them and if they had to do any major repairs or if they ever had any problems with the vehicle and they responded with the vehicle was great for them and never needed any major repairsFor you to say a mechanic can know the condition of that car now months and miles ago is almost as crazy as you Lucy! As far as "your church" is concerned, your only involvement there is to have repeatedly applied for financial assistanceThis was never about getting the car repaired, you just wanted to get paid offYou purchased an extended service contract when you purchased the car to cover major repairs down the road. Its ok Lucy, the pressures of Christmas brought out the worst in the Grinch also

vehicles that we sell come with extra parts and this includes keys. All of the vehicles are thoroughly inspected and no where does it say that they come with more that one key.
