I'm very disappointed in the outcome and my experience using Alex Mobile MarineAt first I was very pleased with his courteousness and politeness and how quickly he did the workBut everything changed when he delivered my boat back to me with a damaged prop and skegI know they were not damaged when I brought the boat to Alex and my operations manager at my marina also confirmed it was not in that condition when he loaded the boat on the trailer the day I took it to AlexAlex denied having anything to do with the damage and refused to take responsibilityI also found out that he lied about going to Lakeway to pick up an alternator and tried to charge me a hour trip charge to pick it up from South Austin MarineSouth Austin Marine doesn't have a parts deptin Lakeway, only in SAustin His communication was terrible, letting me go days without any response to my speedometer not working after he worked on my boat and the alternator he replaced not charging the battery any better than the one he replacedAfter repeatedly contacting him via text, email and calls, he finally offered a resolution to replace my prop and provide a skeg guard to cover the damage, and $to cover the labor it would cost me to have them installedI agreed but he has not followed through with what he said he would do and has ignored my emails and callsThe alternator was also determined to be faulty, by another mechanic, and it's obvious that Alex didn't test it out to make sure it was working properly when he delivered my boat back to meI've had to purchase a new prop, skeg guard to cover damage done and pay someone else to do the workAnd having to pay to have the alternator replaced again
