We appreciate you for giving us the opportunity to explain this situation
Regarding the patient's complaint stating that we submitted claim to the wrong carrier, we tried to
reassure the patient that the claim was submitted to the insurance she provided to us
It is not under our control when an insurance company will receive or process a claimWe understand the patient's frustration as they assume we can control how and when their claim is processed by the insurance companyUnfortunately sometimes it does take longer to get claim processed by the insurance company than we would like
On December 10th we received full payment from her insurance company and issued a refund to the patient
