As a tow company I would hope the driver would know where drop boxes are. As a consumer I know where it is as does my wife and my 80 hr old mother In law who was at the dealership that morning. I still want my $20 refunded. That was not covered in the response.

my driver is telling me that he locked your vehicle and put the key inside. you are saying that it was not. why don't you get the dealer to show you the security cameras? also nothing was lost or stolen from your vehicle. I don't understand the reason of your refund request. we are hard working humans and humans make mistakes, on Friday you called me and complained about this I courteously apologize hoping you understand my drivers error. IF HE DID A MISTAKE. ONCE AGAIN I'M REALLY SORRY.
