Review: Alex Tv, came to my place and setup my direct tv and they did a good job. The only thing was that they forgot to hook up one part. I had no problem with that I just called in and setup another appointment for them to come and finish the install. I setup three appointments and all three of them were no call no shows. Every time I called back I did not even get an apology. They have the absolute worst customer service. I had to wait 5 MONTHS for them to finish the job and they still did not come out to do it they just sent me the part. They never gave me a receipt for the work that I paid for and they refused to let me speak to the owner. They were so rude and tried to rush me off the phone whenever I could actually reach someone on the phone. I hope I never have to do any business with them ever again.Desired Settlement: They never completely finished the job. I complained enough that they finally sent me the missing part. unfortunately it was 5 months later.

Review: We had [redacted] TV services at our previous residence and we moved 9 months ago. After repeated requests to [redacted] TV to discontinue our a/c, since we didn't need their services anymore, the receptionist [redacted], agreed to discontinue our a/c and refund the money for only 3 months & not the addtl 3 months that they had charged us for, citing "company policy" issues. We moved in end of April and we were refunded for Sept-Oct-Novem. [redacted] assured me that the a/c was closed and I won't see any further charges. And on Dec 8th, I see a charge from [redacted] TV services in my bank a/c. I am on my way to the bank to revert this charge & make a stop payment. I called [redacted] on 12/8 and told her that I will file a complaint with Revdex.com. It did not seem to bother her and she said,"I will look into it and call you back in a few mins." She has not called me back yet. I don't understand that after repeatedly calling them every month, after closing my a/c, how does this company get away with charging their customers even after the a/c is closed. They charged us for 8 months, refunded $ for 3 months, and still continue to charge us the money. Not sure who the owner/manager is, but this is clearly stealing.Desired Settlement: Get a refund for my money, close my a/c for the second time, and stop the company from stealing money from other customers.

Review: Dropped my 32" JVC Flat screen tv off on May 10,2013. Paid $101.65 to drop off. We will call you tomorrow. They Didn't. I called them the next three days. I finally spoke with someone on Tuesday May 14th. Yes we found the problem (msin boaard) - the part will be in in 2 weeks. I called a week later - no part. I called a week later - no part AND now the part is on backorder and we don't when it will be in. My husband went down to pick up the TV & was told to come back - it was apart they said. I called & asked for [redacted] - many times - he is NEVER there. I spoke with [redacted] & told her I wanted my money back. I was never told they weren't going to fix my TV. I was never told anything. [redacted] said the 101.65 was for her technicians to look at it. OH - I wasn't told that upfront. I have since called & even stopped in to no aval. I called [redacted] today & she couldn't remember who I was or the issue & told me to call back tomorrow & ask [redacted]. If I didn't hear this story from other people I know - I would just keep waiting. I think the place is shady & has a scam going on here. They aren't following up on my part - they are taking my $100 and running....Desired Settlement: Would like my money back

Review: This business is a third party contractor for the apartment building I currently reside in. About two months ago, [redacted] TV updated our receivers and sent out equipment for us to upgrade. We were having issues with our service and we were told to call Alex TV because they are contracted with our building. I called and they quickly took my credit card information to charge for a service fee and scheduled a date. After the date had been scheduled, no one showed up. No tech was around and when calling the business no one knew why and they were all saying different things. I rescheduled only to have to do this 4 more times and finally after a week of constant complaints and relentless calls was the issue resolved. Just this week, I wanted to add a receiver to my home and once again to my despair, I had to call ALex TV. The lady was very pleasant on the phone, took my payment and scheduled a service day for thursday after 3pm. I sat in my home until 8pm and no one showed up. Today, I called the business to find out what was going on. I was put on hold for over 20mins and I hung up. I have now been calling relentlessly for the last hour only to have no one pick up the phone to give me an answer. This is truly unacceptable and a business who I am stuck having to work with should not be ran this way.Desired Settlement: BE A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY!!!!
