week to inform her we were having trouble scanning and emailing files without corrupting them. I asked her repeatedly for a fax number or address to send them to.
For weeks I got no reply then finally out of the blue I got a text with the address. That was several weeks ago. I am now AGAIN resending the receipts to her via USPS. There is no way that after them driving the car and registering to themselves that I am going to be our old car back and reregister it for ourselves to sell it again. We offered to fax them copies of our original receipts as soon as we knew our scanner was not working. We even offered them the opportunity to come by and pick up a copy. SO PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT THIS HAS TO DO WITH THE Revdex.com IDF THIS WASN"T A RETAIL TRANSACTION?

Alex Vayner Inc. sold this vehicle under a business name which is clearly stated on the title and they used the vehicle for business purposes. This sale was from a business (Alex Vayner Inc.) to a buyer ([redacted]). We have NOT registered the van yet. It has been sitting in our driveway, other than a few local trips. The day of purchase [redacted] had a folder in his hand, but did not show us the receipts. Like I mentioned in the original complaint, [redacted] told us that he needed to keep the receipts for tax purposes and that he would email us copies of all receipts. Supposedly, he already locked up the office. I provided him with my email address & we both left with this agreement. I have been waiting on the receipts for weeks. We have called and texted many of times, usually with no response from [redacted] or with promises that were not kept. I have repeatedly told [redacted] I do NOT have a fax machine to fax ANY documentation. As for picking the receipts up from the company, we offered, but the request went ignored. I have the many texts attached that we sent to [redacted]. Please review them, you will find his response to this complaint is full of dishonesty. Also, please take note that when [redacted] texted me for my address I sent it on April 19, 2014....the same day he asked me for it. Today is now May 6, 2014...I have yet to receive any of the promised receipts.

First, [redacted] is the business next door. They have absolutely nothing to do with me. Secondly, it was a used commercial vehicle which I sold that belonged to us. We are not a DEALER. This was a personal transaction. The same as if I was selling old office furniture. Finally, they received the receipts and can do whatever they want with the car. I'm not buying a car back that I sold on craigslist for $1800. That money already went towards a new vehicle and AGAIN...THIS IS NOT NOR WILL IT EVER BE A BUSINESS TRANSACTION BECAUSE I AM NOT NOT NOT A CAR DEALER! Please inform them that driving a vehicle without registration is illegal. For their protection I think they should register their car before it gets towed and they won't be able to get it back from an impound because it is not registered to them. Please do not contact me again about this matter because this is done and over with. I don't know what games they are trying to play. I don't owe them anything.I did everything that I promised to do. I actually did it twice just to be sure it got done!
