I *** *** got a call from *** *** on feb 2, to my cell phone asking if we would be able to check his vehicle because his car was at no start condition he told me he took it to different auto repairs in Madera CA they made him
change several parts including fuel pump , and crank shaft position sensor and his car was still at no start conditionI told him that he would need to take it to the shop in Mendota to do a diagnostic*** *** got my cell phone number from my brother that is his fathlawOn feb 3, *** *** left a voice mail saying that he got a towing truck and that, the car was on its way to the shop (I still have he voice mail on record ) I called my husband *** letting him know that *** *** car was on its wayWhen the car arrived we did a full diagnostic, as how I had explain to *** *** by phone and stated in the repair order Diagnostic was performed and found several codes on PCM attached is the vehicle record report with codes
P,P, PTHIS CODES HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE NO START CONDITION
*** *** was informed that a bad distributor was the cause of the no start conditionCustomer *** *** decide to provide his own distributor to continue with repairs
After distributor was installed a road test was performed and founded a timing belt was installed incorrectly from previous work done at another location
Customer was provided with text pictures of timing marks out of manufactory specificationsCustomer approve to correct timing belt by phone as stated on invoice #XXXXX(copy of original invoice attached.)
customer advised the vehicle was ready to pick up , on date 2/19/, *** EXPLAIN TO CUSTOMER CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON DUE TO CODES NOT RELATED TO THE NO START DIAGNOSTIC ,AND FUTURE REPAIRS WILL BE NEEDED TO CORRECT CODES ON PCM
customer ask *** if he could bring his car to rnadera because he couldn't go to Mendota to pick up the vehicle, *** lives in madera CA so he decided to take it to our house and have customer pick up vehicle thereWe dont do this to our customers but since his my brother , fathlaw we did it
Customer return to the auto repair on 2/26/with complains with high idle concernvehicle was re-scanned at no charge to customer and vehicle record report show the same codes as the first scanned on 2-3-, explained to customer that problems were there since the car was tto our shop , but we only fixed the NO START CONDITION AND TIMING BELT as customer requestedWe did explain to customer other problems with the vehicle need to be repair , thats when customer denied to pay for repairs to fix the codes shown on vehicle record reportCustomer did not understand and start to be aggressive and disrespectful
On JUNE 9, customer went out again to our business very violate making threats to my husband *** , saying he was going to closed down our business and putting my husband in jailPolice report was made at the time
WE DO HAVE A SIGN IN THE OFFICE SAYING (WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY ONE.)
Customer complains were not related to the work performed to his vehicle
Customer states a restraining order was made due to repairs and it's (false)Restraining order was made due to customer *** *** was harassing me *** *** and my family not related to repairsPolice reports are made with a open case and has nothing to due with this matter

that's in correctPis the Camshaft shaft sensor which is built into my distributor that he installed & Pis the crankshaft sensor which I just had replacedand the Pis the Throttle sensor which that didn't come til he put in my distributor, and I paid for a full diagnosis whish I never got a copy of my resultsand why would I pay to tow down and not get my car repairedand when *** ask me to tow my car down to her shop statto get fix immediatethey locked my car outside my car in full sun which caused bad oxidation*** ask me to drive my car like that for two weeks and I told him in multiple text and phone called , that my car was driving like I had a stick shift, and that my cars transmission would wind up and shift hardand *** said how could they do a diagnosis if the car didn't startin beginning I told her the car had no fire, what I mean is no fire which I said it was the distributor but to make sureI bought the Pthrottle sensor which *** put on and never got an recipe for that neither, took to another shop to finish the mechanic work I have the work order and receipt which the work he did was all redone, I had to retime it with a new timing belt, removal of the distributor which was causing the codes to go offI did comply with all *** asked me and what ever he told me to buy I didits not my fault he played a guessing game with my carand when spoke with *** owner he said he never did a full diagnosis like *** is claimingdo to *** asking me to drive like that when my Pwas out caused my transmission to fail.common symptom related to a bad TPS is the jerking of the car, especially when acceleratingWithout proper inputs from the TPS, the on-board computer is unable to guide the engine to work at optimum levels.This is a particularly hazardous situationWhat usually happens is that at high speeds, the butterfly valve inside the throttle may close up, and if the driver pushes on the pedal harder, the valve 'pops' open suddenly, giving the car an unintentional burst of speedAll of this happens if the sensor is unable to detect the closed position of the throttle
And to say the timing was off it was just timed I was there then it was timedI felt discriminate cause I know they don't like that my daughter married her brotherAnd to get her number she ask her brother to give it to me so I can call herI also have all the texted and phone call too

I don't agree with Mr*** *** he only got charge for services made in he's car as stated on invoice # XXXXX nothing else The towing truck was with another company nothing to do with my auto repair shop I told him to work in he's car he needed to take it to our shop with a towing or how ever it was convenience for him It was he's decision to take he's car to my auto repair , he was not force to do soI'm not willing to refund no money back because I'm 100% sure we did nothing wrongI'm willing to get all voice recording and text messages as well as picture send to Him and receive from him about he's car with a court order If court is needed who ever looses is going to pay courts and everything spend in this matter
This is my final decision and not willing to continue with this issue if Mr*** continues to want a settlement I'm going to send all documents to my attorney and will go from what they think is best
