United Home Solutions has been in contact with this customer to take care of this matterCustomer has not received the runaroundWell known in the construction industry there are delays Storms and such Some are put first priority due to living conditions of that customers home
This customer works third shift and has tried to contact company after business hoursHis deposit has been sent outHis contract has been voidedAll allegations are falseCustomer harassed the company even in good faith and being civilThe matter has been resolved as far as this company is concerned
We will make the necessary replacement to resolve this issueWe have scheduled this with our production manager and will have it done asapAs we do have rain in our forecast, it may take longer than usual, but it will be done as soon as physically possible

I was unaware that we have not been out there to look into this issue, as I've been told that our techs have been to the propertyThis issue will be resolved by the end of the day on June 10th
We are making the efforts needed to resolve this complaintWe are going to do whatever is necessary to fix the issues in a timely mannerIf the shingles have still not sealed correctly by Monday, we will take further steps to resolve the issue

Ok, as of yet the shingles have not layed down and we need to move on to the replacement,As was previously agreed to when I talked to Lee
I have been in contact with *** ***r within the last hours as of 9-17-We are working to get *** *** jobs no later than 9-28-We do apologize for the amount of time *** *** has been waiting, but weather and other variables have played a huge roll in delaying many jobs that we

Spoke with customer on Monday and promised that we would be out to touch up any missed areas on Tuesday afternoonWe showed up at the home around 2pm on Tuesday and finished everything up as promissedCustomers cars where in the driveway but when we knocked on the door no one answered or came
outsideWe still proceeded with the completion of the job as promisedAfter completion our service professionals tried again to knock on the door but to no availThey reported back to the office everything was complete and we didnt hear back from customer saying any different so we assumed everything was completed to satifaction on TuesdayDue to the rain on Wednesday (the following day) I was unable to make it out to the home to do a final inspection and had to move my final inspection to ThursdayComplaint was filed by customer on Wednesday eveningWe stand behind our work and take great pride in everything we doA little understanding when working around the weather would be appriaciated
We have kept in contact with mr*** since we have began working with himUpon receiving payment from mr***, we informed him that our schedule was 4-weeks out, depending on the weatherObviously, any rain that we get will set our schedule back, as we cannot install roofs in the rain
Mr*** will be our first call Monday morningWe will update him on the status of his schedule as we have done in the pastWe will then proceed to work towards getting Mr***'s roof done as soon as possible

I was told by Rob the owner that the inside of the house was covered under the roof warranty and it would be taken care ofIf it was not covered then why was I not told this in all the conversations that had taken place over a six month period? This is another lie from United Home SolutionsI have already been told that what they did was malicious destruction of property and I should take legal action.

This issue was not covered under warranty but we took care of it anyway to make customer happy
