I am complaining about the terrible customer service I received here at this furniture storeI ordered a simple, full size box spring mattress on Saturday, August ** for same day deliveryI had to contact them two times to confirm they were coming during my appointment and I was called during my appointment time to find out that they didn't know when the delivery guy would be finished with his job to deliver my deliveryThis was my first conversation with the secretary and she was unable to give me an answer or what time range the guy would be done or when they could let me know byI was frustrated because as a customer I wasn't be provided any information and on top of that she was very nasty with meShe said my delivery would be on Monday at another appointment time and there was nothing she could doMonday comes and one hour before my appointment time she informs me there was no more box springs in stock and she would have to do it tomorrowNow I was livid, because that is so unprofessional to call a customer hour before an appointment to tell them you are out of stock, when as a business you should be doing a stock check every morning or nights before prior to the deliveryI demanded for some compensation or to speak to the manager and she refused either and would not let me speak to any manager because she would not get a different manager and then went on to argue with me about how I'm being a difficult customer and I just need to waitI told her I would wait for the manager and said no I cannot let you do that I would be holding up a line and hung up on meAll of the above is more than poor customer serviceThe manager never called me back, I called again and when I told him what happen he made up a new excuse and said something was wrong, I understand why you are mad but I cannot compensate anythingWhen I asked for his employees name he said he had no idea what his secretary's last name was and he would not give it to meBefore making this complaint I went on ***, and I saw nothing but complaintsBusinesses who employees like this should not be receiving any money or customers! I would hate for any future clients to go through the horrible experience I went through
