*** claims she is not longer a photographer but attached are recent photos of a photo shoot she did on sept 30th yes is did take almost a year for me to pay her , but that just means she had almost a year to have my photos ready and when my check was cashed back in march I should have received my photosI still have not received my DVD ( attached is the copy of our contract) her business is only a few towns away how long does it take to mail a DVDAlso attached are to reviews that where done by past consumers who experience the same issue as myselfi have also sent a copy of the email where *** states shes is taking her time with my photos since it took me time to pay her

Hello there, I am responding to a letter I received today regarding a previous client of mine who is filing a complaint. The complaint is completely inappropriate and inaccurate. This person (*** ***) is claiming I am not holding up my end of the agreement via our contract, she
claims some photos are missing and that she would like a refund. First, I photographed her wedding in May of I did not receive final payment till more than a year laterSince then I have withdrawn my photography business after having a baby and I am no longer photographing after some personal issues of my own.Hundreds of photos have been uploaded to a downloading album for her to use all of them as she would like (which is an exception I made for her I did not do for my previous clients) She has received more than what was agreed upon from me including my patience and understanding when she could not pay me and I heard nothing from her for months and months assuming she was never going to come retrieve her photosHer constant voicemails and emails are a stress and harassment to me for a business I no longer maintainI have sent her DVD twice and once received it back. I cannot provide her with a refund because I have done more than enough work, corresponding with her, photographing her wedding and processing her photosThen waiting for her to respond for a year thinking she would never finish her end of the contract.I would love to settle this matter finally and be finished dealing with Mrs***It is such a shame because I genuinely enjoyed working with her for such a special day but my correspondence and my hard work is certainly not a "constant reminder of stress" for her, that would be a gross exaggeration, a phrase of manipulationI gave her as much patience and kindness through all my emails as you can see when reading themThis woman resurfaced a few months ago out of nowhere from a year of silence and said she would send her remaining balance and I was so surprisedSince then she has been harassing me, calling me when I had already sent the materials she asked for and now trying to make it seem as though I have done her a dis-serviceI will ensure once again that all the images are on the online album which I have checked several times, and I will send a DVD via certified mail to ensure that she gets itI will not refund Mrs*** because I have done more than enough to earn the amount we agreed upon and I do not operate Alexa Johnson Photography any longer, it's people like this that made me cease growing my business into a larger companyThat is all that I can do for Mrs***Thank you for your time and consideration. -***-*** *** ***

To whom it may concern, I have received yet another rebuttal from the Revdex.com and Mrs ***As I stated in my first response, I am willing to check on the album again (which has over hi resolution images in it all available for downloading) as I have several times to make sure nothing is missingI am willing to send the DVD once again certified mail this time so there is no confusion even though Mrs *** since filing her complaint has asked me to "not even bother" sending the DVD because she no longer wants itI have attached several images of screenshots of her online album with some truly beautiful pictures in itIf Mrs*** is honestly trying to claim that these images somehow don't represent the beautiful aura of her day and instead my incompetence then I'm truly confusedAs I said before, I didn't her from her for months and I did not threaten legal action, I did not harass and stalk Mrs ***I waited patiently and yes, when she finally did reach out months later I was involved with some highly personal and private issues my family was facingI had stopped photographing weddings and events, I did not have her work at my fingertips as I had previously about a year priorI did explain to her that she was understandably not at the very top of my list because I wasn't sure I would ever hear from her again her photos were archived and I was working on other things. This entire situation is really such a shame, every client is special to me, every one importantEvery wedding I have photographed has been special and wonderful and I loved working with *** and her familyI cannot help but feel like my kindness and empathy are being exploited hereIt feels as though I am an easy target for Mrs *** to use to get something for nothingYes I have some negative reviews as do all business' sometimesIt is impossible to please everyone and unfortunately people are far too often willing to write something when they are upset then when they are pleasedI often had to remind my clients to leave a comment when they are pleased with my services so that my social media accounts would have an accurate representation of my workI stopped photographing, in fact, ***'s wedding was one of my lastI am a mother now, and although this is personal information I guess I will just explain that my husband and myself decided that it was too much for me to be away from our sonI feel as though my personal life and my life are under attack by ***I feel harassed and stalked quite franklyYes, there are photos on my photograph fb page from September 30th, senior photos of my cousin and my sons god motherIf *** has any other questions about my personal life I would be happy to answer them.As I stated before, I will not be refunding ***, I stated what I am willing to do and I will stand by thatThere is more than enough documentation to prove that I more than earned the amount Mrs *** paid for her wedding photosI have done the work and she has the product to prove itShe has more than any client would have for the price she paid, no photographer gives hundreds of photos on an online album as I didShe should be appreciative of that, I charged nothing additional per image. At this point I think further debate of this issue would be absurd and a waste of everyone's timeSo to recap and make it abundantly clear, Alexa Johnson Photography is no longer operating, no longer accepting weddings, I simply have a passion for photos and I do photograph my friends and family, I will not be refunding Mrs *** and I do not wish to continue to be harassed by her and further tormented by this entire situation. I would appreciate very much her respect and courtesy on this matter and to resolve and end it as soon as possible. Thank you. *** ***

My complain has nothing to do with the quality of the photos more so the quantity and the customer service I have received*** states there are pictures on the on line album she has created but the problem is I only see which have quite a bit of duplicatesI have attached copys of emails to *** informing her that I was having a problems with link she sent meI have numerous emails asking her to resend me the link to the online album which she never didIf she truly wanted to provide descent customer service she should have did more to help problem solve my issueEven offer to put my photos on a thumdriveSame thing with my DVD , *** claims to have mailed it and it was returned but and so call "attempt" to mail it againIf she was having such a hard time delivering my DVD why not reach out to me and let me know what going on since she does have both my email and my husbands email address? Even recently I emailed *** stating I would drop my complaint and give her a final opportunity to correct our issues and adhere to our agreement of the contractI have not heard back from her nor has she taken action to make corrections. The fact that she not working and is a stay at home mom mean she should have some time on her hands to correct these matters if she wanted to. *** mentions I was the last wedding she took pictures for but unfortunate that is not true (please see attached) she took pictures for a wedding in sept of when my wedding was in May Base on this consumers review she does not sound like a friend or a family member unless they are fabricating stories to make *** business seem better than what it is. Again I understand that I took long to pay her but when she cashed my check she should of had my photos readyI understand I am not on the top of her list but its been months she received that final payment and with her being a stay at home mom she has more than enough time to fix this matter. For the future if she ever decides to "open" her business aging you may want to put a time frame for payment on your contractBottom line is I paid for pictures I have not received and if I am only going to receive half of the service I PAID for then I should be reimburse for the half that I DID NOT RECEIVE!
