I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** I noticed in the reply from KFC / Toco Bell they had stated that they had made attempts to contact me however this would be to my knowledge, I have not been contacted in anyway by this businessI am not sure what the issue was on the said dateHowever it was obliviously resolved after I had visitedI have been to eat lunch at the said location twice since this incident and the staff has been timely on taking my orderso I will consider this complaint resolved

aware of an issue, our goal is to resolve the problem promptly and to the customer's satisfactionIn this particular instance, the customer's complaint was reported to the Revdex.com but was not received by us until January 26, We have attempted to contact the customer to gather additional information to resolve the issueIn addition, we have completed a detailed investigation of restaurant operations on the day in questionAlthough January 8, did provide challenging weather (ice, etc), we did open the *** KFC/Taco Bell at 11am with a ready staff and a functioning Drive Thru communication systemOur records indicate the first order was taken at 11:10am and subsequent orders were filled during our first hour of business.We are uncertain of the root cause of this complaint, However, we would very much appreciate the opportunity to ensure the customer's overall impression of our restaurant and service is improved We are very disappointed we have not accomplished a better resolution to date and hope we have the opportunity to do so.Cordially,*** ***Area Coach*** *** ***
