office.Alexander (Alex) K*** and are owners of Alexander's Auto PlazaAlex is the general manager*** ***, who is known to Alex, came to the business location riding a motorcycle*** told Alex that ***'s friend wanted *** to repair the motorcycle*** asked Alex if he could repair the motorcycle in his business garageAlex would not allow *** to use the business garageAgainst Alex's wishes, *** started to repair the motorcycle outside the garageA few days later, the motorcycle owner came to the garage to inquire about the motorcycle repairAt that time, the motorcycle was outside the garageAlex was present but *** was notAlex told the owner that Alexander's Auto Plaza was NOT repairing the motorcycleAlex told the owner that he does NOT repair motorcyclesAlex only repairs carsAlex told owner that *** was repairing the motorcycle and that owner would have to speak to ***Owner left garage without incidentShortly after the owner came to the garage and within a few days of Alex going out of town for a period of time, Alex told *** that he would have to remove the motorcycle from the premises*** told Alex that the motorcycle was not operable and he did not have a way to remove the motorcycleAs directed by ***, Alex, who was accompanied by ***, transported the motorcycle to *** ** in Stroudsburg*** told Alex that the property where they took the motorcycle was that of a friend of ***After the motorcycle was removed from the garage property, the motorcycle owner came to the garage to inquire about the repairI spoke with the owner and told him that *** took the motorcycle to another locationAgain the motorcycle owner was told that *** was not affiliated with Alexander's Auto Plaza and that the owner would have to speak to *** about the repair, gave the owner a map showing where the motorcycle was taker, Owner again left without incidentThat was last time motorcycle owner came to garage to inquire about repair or motorcycle*** is not affiliated with Alexander's Auto Plaza in any mannerAlexander's Auto Plaza did not receive any money from the motorcycle owner of *** for the repairNo one representing Alexander's AutoPlaza agreed to do any repair work for the motorcycle ownerNo one representing Alexander's Auto Plaza performed any repair work on the motorcycleThe motorcycle owner never had a conversation with a representative of Alexander's Auto Plaza regarding repairing the motorcycleThe motorcycle owner did not deliver the motorcycle to the garage for the repairThe motorcycle owner was told repeatedly that Alexander's Auto Plaza was NOT repairing the motorcycle and that *** was NOT affiliated with Alexander's Auto Plaza in any manner.Sincerely,Vartoush M
