Review: Mobile Auto Glass of Hempstead was the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I had a windshield installed by Mobile Auto Glass in June of 2015. Immediate after having it installed my windshield started leaking in multiple places. These leaks would occur anytime it rained or when I washed the car. I attempted to contact Mobile Auto Glass of Hempstead to assess the damage, but was unable to get through to them for over a week. I then took my car to two other auto glass places and they both said that they used the wrong windshield molding and the windshield did not settle correctly. Since then I have called Mobile Auto Glass of Hempstead over 15 times. Most of the time they did not pick up or return my calls. When they finally did they told me that they would replace the windshield, because I had a lifetime warranty. However, when I tried to schedule a time to have it replaced they kept pushing the date or saying the windshield was not in stock. After over a month and taking off work multiple times with no avail I had to give up. So in conclusion I had a new windshield with a lifetime warranty installed by Mobile Auto Glass of Hempstead, but it leaks and company has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Desired Settlement: I would like Mobile Auto Glass of Hempstead to replace the windshield and install it correctly. I would also like for them to answer their phone and get back to me in a timely matter. They promised me a lifetime warranty, but have not lived up to that promise.
