I am rejecting this response because:
The X rays were not even mentioned so your note that I could not even open my mouth is not validI sure did open my mouth when you took a quick look and said you need to get it taken out when in reality like the surgeon said a root canal was an optionI don't think you are fully understanding my complaint, If I was not clear..Let me explain it to you, this is not about the bill of $to Liberty insuranceThis is about the way you had me going from one side of town to the other (min drive)only to be told that the oral Surgeon could not do anything without any paperwork/referral showing the tooth that you were saying needed to be taken outCausing me to have to pay for an unnecessary exam and X rays as nothing could be doneThen return to your office so that you could write me a RX after all the pain and suffering I went throughYes, you gave me a RX after the fact that I had to return to your officeI understand that the X rays were settled alreadyThis is due to your lack and inability to handle the situation that I was inSo I hope you fully understand that "all this trouble" like you mentioned is not for the $that was billed

Nothing was done with Miss. [redacted]. Her chief complaint was; severe pain on the lower right jaw. We could not take X-rays, due to limited opening of her mouth. An RX for Amoxicillin 500 mg. was given to her. Her complaint was, we had billed her insurance for an Emergency exam and X-rays.This...

was a clinical error on our part. I explained it to the insurance company, and it's already settled with them. I don't see, why [redacted] is still complaining; when the insurance company gave her the resolution in writing.Respectfully yours, Leonarda S.
