Because they were good customers in the past, we were happy to offer them free pick up as a gesture of customer courtesyTheir auction was held last fall, - We accepted bids in person and online. This was a good day, and a well attended auctionOur auction house is one of the few that offers a live video feed during the internet portion of our auctionTheir total check came to about $16,But the prices reflected today's market and demand. After the auction, they shared their disappointment with us, and we were happy to sit down with them, and go over it againUnfortunately, a month later, we learned they filed a complaint w/the Dept of Agriculture, auction commissionWe were happy to go over the auction with their investigator, who spent over an hour with usHe determined we had done nothing wrong.Apple Tree has developed a very professional group of dedicated associatesWe are proud of our team, and the expertise that our associates provided throughout the auction processWe are always happy to answer any concerns or questionsSincerely, Apple Tree Auction Center
I wrote a letter yesterday and I guess I had better drop Charges, but one thing that bothered me was in April his 3 day auction had 5300 lots, If you sold an Item every 20 seconds that would be 180 items an Hour, or 1800 in a 10 hour day, so how many people will stay 10 hours at an Auction, and if you play aa Song on most music boxes it is over a Minute and most Auctions they play them at least one Time ! I should have gone as all I have is what people told me and then they do not want to get involved ! Some one should go and observe what goes on , If he is going to charge 25%, he should be working for me and his self, I know I still like Music Boxes !, but I am to old to fight about it
