I had their service done on Sept *. So they cleared stoppage in main sewer line trap caused by heavy tree roots and charged me $211.00. I was told that the tree roots was an ongoing problem and need further work in the future. I clearly understand that I need to get the pipes cleaned and to do more work for the problem to be resolve. However, Sept **, my sink was clogged again. They were going to come and charge me again. They clearly did not do a good job if my sink is clogged again after 3 weeks. I would not mind paying much more the first time if they did the job right. It does not seem fair to be charged again when the job was only done 3 weeks ago and my sink is clogged again.
