My A/C unit was leaking water onto my hardwood floor late at night 5/10/ The schedule for next day was quite full but the lady who answers the phone was really nice
Alexander's owner came to the rescue the next day It is a very old unit but Alex took time to diagnosis the problem and explained it to me He took great effort to fix the problem and teach me how to take good care of my A/C system
