I enrolled in NAHCE's Clinical Certified Medical Assistant program in January of this yearI enrolled in their program because it was affordable and I could work at my own paceI understood the nature of an online program and that it requires it to be self drivenI did, however, understand that they would have an advisor/instructor their to helpThat has not been the caseI have on three occasions tried to reach my instructor, Ben O***, and on one occasion email the institutionNone of my emails have been answeredI also have attempted to call them during their business hours (accounting for the time change) and the recording said "We are currently closed"The recording gave an option to reach someone in their directory but when I attempted that it said no on was on their list by that name
