[redacted] came to see us on July 14, 2014 for a photo session.
 She...

came back and placed her order on August 22, 2014.  She paid for
2-5x7s and 2-passport photos using her gift certificate and paying the balance
- $259.79.  We told her it normally takes 6-8 weeks for the order to come
back.  [redacted] came in and picked up her order on October 10, 2014; she
took the 2-5x7 prints and brought it to our attention that she was missing the
passport photos.  She never mentioned that we didn't remove her double
chin.  Please see the before and after photos included.  We try to
use our discretion when doing digital retouching; removing chins, etc. and we
felt that removing anymore would look fake.  [redacted] contacted us again on
November 3, 2014 to let us know that she never got her passport photos.
 We immediately printed them and mailed them to her with a refund check of
$25 for the passport photos.  We certainly had no intention of 'playing
keep away' with her photos; this was a human mistake on our part!  We
apologized to her and feel that sending her the passport prints and refunding
her cost of the passports should make up for her inconvenience.
