Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I apologize as I did not see that I was to pick it up or email
We have been working with the manufacturer, they have given us a part authorization to order a replacement doorHowever, this is no admission of guilt on our part, we do not feel we caused any damage to this refrigerator This refrigerator had a restriction in the sealed system, at no time did I say that this was a minor repair Whirlpool file# [redacted] contains the interaction between the customer and WhirlpoolIt was Whirlpools executive decision to repair and not to replace this appliance, as they have a purchase date of 04/18/We repaired the appliance as Whirlpool requested We have serviced thousands of customers over the last years and we take our reputation very seriouslyIn my years working at Alexandria Appliance, I can think of only one other individual who was as abusive as my interaction with this customer, and that was prior to us receiving the refrigerator for repair You are entitled to your opinion on our reputation, however, our years of service stands for itself Contact us via e-mail at [email protected] so we can respond with door replacement details
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) All I asked was for the door ding to be fixed and in any other situation, I would think the company would have taking a picture of the door before any service would have been completedIn this situation, there was no signature or picture taken and blame was all on meIf Alexandria Appliance will replace the door as they say they will, I am ok with the replacement

Whirlpool file# [redacted] contains the interaction between the customer and Whirlpool. It was Whirlpools executive decision to repair and not to replace this appliance, as they have a purchase date of 04/18/2015. We repaired the appliance as Whirlpool requested.
We have serviced thousands of customers over the last 45 years and we take our reputation very seriously. In my 23 years working at Alexandria Appliance, I can think of only one other individual who was as abusive as my interaction with this customer, and that was prior to us receiving the refrigerator for repair.
