Replacement Radiator Supports Front Bumper CoverTo include the cost of Body Labor, Paint labor, and Paint Supply, the Claimant was provide a cost estimate total of $2500. An estimate of services was provided verbally an over the phone, identifying the concerns and suggestions of repair, BEFORE any work had begun on the claimant's vehicle. Once the Claimant arrived at the repair shop, our mechanics performed a thorough inspection to verify what had been discussed previously over the phone. On July 18, 2016 a written estimate of repairs was provided to the Claimant and with her authorization, as well as a deposit of $1500, we began work on the vehicle. On July 18, 2016 we informed the Claimant that her vehicle was ready for pick-up, when she arrived later that day, we explained the services rendered through inspection of the vehicle and final payment of $1000 was remitted to the repair shop to complete her services. The Claimant left the repair shopsatisfied, just as she has done in the past when we have provided services on her vehicle.The claimant expressed no concerns previous to us receiving a letter from the Revdex.com. pride myself and my business on absolute honesty in my field and outstanding customer service. if there has been any dissatisfaction with the quality of service, I would have immediately addressed then BEFORE a payment was rendered or the transaction was completed.Thank you, Alexandria Car Clinic###-###-####
