I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[m\My reservation was made at about 10:on May *** and after realizing that I had made a mistake on the departure date I tried at about 9pm on May * to correct it online, because the reservation was made online Caribbean Airline website would not allow the corect it online, and when I tried to call them on the phone, I received a message to call the following day between 7am and 8pm for the office was already close When a called the following day, I was told that I would not be receiving a refund because I did not notify them within the 24hr period, which I did do Caribbean AAirlines is engage in unfair business practice, and I am prepared to seek legal recourse to recover my $they are trying to rob me of
