My son has a month lease contract with this apartment, we $625.00/month which is higher than the month lease because we know he doesn't need it for summer, it was *** who helped us with the process, she never told me that days prior to move out that we have to submit a written statement to them, after a month or so *** resigned, it was *** who replaced it, on November,2015, I told *** that we have the intention of moving out on December to save money but she said since our contract is until May, we still have to pay the rent until that time that the leases is over unless we can find somebody who can rent the apartment, she didn't tell me either that days prior to May, that I have to submit a written statement, *** all along knew that my son will just finish the lease and he will move out, this statement should have been noted already on our contract and considered to be official On May 10, my son came to the leasing office to ask how he can go about the moving
