Alexandria Yellow Cab

Review: I booked a cab with a booking agent and the cab showed up 15 minutes later than expected. Then when I finally got into the cab and confirmed the destination( [redacted]) with the driver he alerted me that due to their policy they cannot drop me off at the location I have been dropped off at many times before. I wanted to leave from here ( [redacted]) to ([redacted]) . When I called to speak with a "supervisor" they instead put me through to another dispatcher by the name of Kyle Ward he told me new regulations were set in place just last week that they can no longer driver people from "county to county" confused I asked him to elaborate so I wouldn't make the mistake again and miss my bus home. He then said "we no longer drive people from [redacted] to [redacted] county". Still confused as to why they couldn't drive me less than 5 miles away I pulled up their website and found that it states they do. I called back to ask them how they could do that if they didn't drive to other counties he said that my location was not in [redacted] when in fact it is. He then changed his story to "We cannot drive people to places only within [redacted]" after asking him to finally clearly explain the new policy to me he then said "he didn't want to argue with me about this and that I should speak to a manager on Monday." I believe that they lied to me deliberately to refuse service. I was left stranded at work because I missed my bus to get home.Desired Settlement: I ultimately want them to send me a letter, or call apologizing as well as monetary settlement for wasting my time and stranding me at work.
