Review: The contractor did not finish the job. Walked out on the job. The pergola which was under contract is now caved in due to the poor job done by the contractor. The contractor does not return our calls. He last told us to get a lawyer and was never seen again. He left many thing undone, including the back yard light, the pergola, cement pavement was poorly done, and the material used for the pergola were of low quality. It's been less than 1 year and the pergola is totally damaged.Desired Settlement: Replace with a high quality material pergola made to last. And finish all work that was promised under contract.
