I just received the message below. When I responded on 10/28, we had not received payment from Sherbrook. The payment was received from them on November and we have deposited the check. As far as I am concerned now, this issue is resolved. Thank you so much for your assistance. I know without your help, we would still be waiting on payment
Ms*** contacted Mr*** on 12/30/16. Mr*** did not receive the resident trust fund refund that was issued 8/19/in the amount of $71.85. A new check was issued in the amount. The wheelchair charges in the amount of $were deleted. It was explained
to him the facility does charge for the last if you were in the bed that morning which he understood. Ms*** does not have a record of calls and apologized to Mr*** if she missed returning a call. She did receive only one email from him and it was responded too. Others probably went to spam or a wrong address was typed in. Mr*** came to the facility 1/3/approximately a.m. He paid the balance of $and picked up his replacement check in the amount of $to close out the accountHe was satisfied with the resolution and very happy when he left

A check request was submitted to accounting on 6/21/16 requesting a refund of $472.50. The central billing office pulled the request for review. Review finalize in August. Mrs [redacted] advised new refund request sent8/21 and she should have the refund by 8/29. Mrs....
[redacted] did not receive the check, check was not returned and Sherbrooke had no way of knowing she did not receive the check. Message was left for Mrs. [redacted] and daughter on 10/26. Call returned 10/27 and advised the address Sherbrooke had for Mrs. [redacted] is no longer valid. Payment stopped on old check, new request sent to accounting, refund is to be sent to Sherbrooke 10/28 and call will be placed to Mrs. [redacted]. Her husband will pick up the check once he is called.

The delay in reply was due to business office manager's illness. The account has been reviewed and a refund request is being submitted today. The check will be processed within the next two weeks. If there are any other problems please ask the individual to contact me...
