After receiving the complaint from my Office Manager, I called Mr*** to discuss his concernsI listened to Mr*** express his
frustrations with his last few service visitsI was very apologetic for the events and we both quickly realized the minor misunderstanding between him and our Service TeamInitially, Mr*** was experiencing problems with him radio and a noise coming from the back of the truckWe fixed the issue with the radio and contacted GM Technical Assistance Center TAC about the strange noiseBetween our Service Technician and GM TAC, they agreed to replace the mufflerThis did require us to setup another visit for Mr*** to leave his vehicle with us while we completed the repairs and he was given transportation at no chargeWithin a few days after the repair, Mr*** contacted us to report a noise still existedOur Service Techinician went for a ride with Mr*** and heard a noise, to which, he shook the bed of the Silverado and voiced that it may be a leaf springThe Service Director was not notified of the instance nor was IAgain, I was very apologetic to Mr*** for the mand expressed concern for myself or the Service Director not speaking to him about the incidentWhen the conversation was done, all parties were happy with the results and we awaiting Mr*** to setup an appointment with our Service Team to properly diagnose and address his concernsShould he need transportation, we have also agreed to setup a vehicle for his useThe call ended with us wishing each other a Happy Thanksgiving and a clear understanding of what was to come next
OFFER:
Mr*** and I have agreed to have him bring his Silverado to the Dealership so we can properly diagnose the noise concern coming from the back of the truck and validate whether his concerns are covered under the Manufacturer's warrantyShould Mr*** need transportation during this service visit, we have agreed to provide a vehicle for him and his family

with a courtesy vehicle at no additional charge to himselfOn the first repair visit, we already waived the diagnostic fee Mr*** references in his desired resolutionI personally invited Mr*** to visited the Dealership so we can review in detail his previous service visits and explained in full the completed servicesWhen we parted, both myself and Mr*** were completely satisfied with the explanations and apologized for the misunderstanding we had and even talked about a potential future purchase of a new Malibu or the like

Mr*** and I have already come to agreed upon resolution, to which we are both completely satisfiedWe reviewed the paperwork from both service visits and agreed Mr*** had not been charged any unnecessary feesAs such, he has rescinded his claim for a refundWe reviewed his claim about unfinished work and now understands the recall on his seatbelt is temporary as General Motors works to identify a permanent fixAt that time, Mr*** will need to return to a Chevrolet Dealership to complete said permanent fixIn reference to Mr***'s claim about the stains and scratches, I am arranging a detail for Mr*** to complete on his Chevrolet MalibuAfter visiting with Mr*** at Team Chevrolet, we both felt completely satisfied with the outcome and I welcome helping Mr*** purchase a new Malibu or the like in the future
