Review: I purchased an Alexis bittar bracelet ($350 estimate) that broke. As per customer service / repair dept I mailed it to them. They received it October **. I have proof of delivery. I have been in contact via email and phone calls and they claim that they have the bracelet and will fix it. It takes time That are discourteous and unprofessional. It don't believe that this is the case.Desired Settlement: Repaired bracelet and compensation such as gift certificate for the lengthy time to repair
