Never received my hair bows.I placed an order on March 23, 2015. I purchased 50 hair bows. My total was $58.95. The funds were withdrawn from my account March 25, 2015. I only received a confirmation email. My order ID # is XXXXX. I have NOT received my order yet. I emailed ([redacted]) and received no response. And have called several times and the phone number XXXXXXXXXXX doesn't even work.Desired SettlementI would like a refund back.Business Response Refund issued
On Aug. 6, I placed a bow order for 199.63. They claimed to have shipped them on August 29th. The date is Sept. 16th. Still no order. I made an order for bows on August the 6th. The total amount was 199.63. I called and left a message August 28th. Nobody returned my call, but I did receive an email saying they shipped the order on August 29th. I waited around 10 days then called during their business hours and left a message ( no response). Since then I have called three more times, left a message and still no response. I emailed them twice still no response. I wasn't hateful. All I wanted was a tracking number, or any information to help me locate the bows. There is no way to communicate with them. It's frustrating because now we have to use more of the team's money to buy matching bows for our current games. I am also accountable for all expenses, and I have to explain money spent with no product.
