So I walked into *** for my appointment at 2:00. There were three other ladies in there and she asked who I was and what I am here for and I’m confused because I had an appointment at 2 so she told me to wait in my car and test me when she was ready ... I ended up waiting 30 minutes in my car which is very unprofessional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and she suggested I balayage so I trusted her obviously and she did not tell me it was going to take multiple sessions to achieve the color I showed. Also when I confronted her she lied and Said “there will be Carmel pieces” she did not tell me that and now my hair is orange. The pricing was off as well. THIS IS WHAT SHE SAID Oh yea!!! Lemme break it down; Those prices on my site are starting prices!! For instance if I have to use more (mix up more) product, every time I have to use another ounce on top of the initial 2oz, it’s 10$ so 210 was before your extra product!! SHE DID NOT TELL ME THIS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT I paid 240 dollars for orange hair and she refuses to fix it. I could of just box dyed it for 5 bucks and it could of looked the same. I do not recommend her at all she was very unprofessional, refused to fix my hair but instead wanted to charge me another 100 dollars to fix it. This is unethical how she is running her business and upping the charges without discussing it before hand and then doing a horrible job and not willing to fix her mistake. I asked nicely for a refund and she refused. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes, did not get the results I was told I was going to get and instead I’m stuck with orange hair and my money down the drain and you would expect her to at least try and help fix it for FREE. I know for a fact if I were to go somewhere else and they have done this they would fix it for free no doubt. I am hurt and disappointed and want to warn girls out there. DO NOT GO TO HER!!
