Review: I wanted a loan for 7000 They coached me in to a loan for 25000Predatory Lending abusive lending practices that include a mortgage loan to someone who does not have the ability to repay They coached me in to a bigger loan knowing I was unemployed they also stated to me and [redacted] my husband that they would work with I was told loan was a 5 to 10 yrs with payments of around 200 To 250 A month because They wanted me to sign a default letter with the papers I told them no and the papers were signed when I got there The money was not available when I signed the papers They arent supposed to take more then 2 months of payments from me they took 6 monthsAlso with the payments to insurance and property tax they are supposed to put the monies in to an escrow account they did not they paid the companies they are not supposed to take a borrowers money out of the loan and pay they are supposed to make paymentsNO BUSINESS LICENSE TO LEND MONEYAS A CONSUMER I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHALLENGE MY DEBT IN WRITING THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO STOP ALL COLLECTIONS UNTIL RESOLVED THEY DID NOTHING NO RESPONSENEVER RECEIVED ALL OF THE MONEY DUE FOR THE TYPE OF LOAN IT WAS APR IN ARIZONA IS THE MAX OF 10 THEY WENT WAY OVER BOARDBALLOON LOAN 1 yr NO GOOD FAITH ESTIMATENO HUD SETTLEMENT STATEMENTNO CREDIT CHECK3 DAYS RIGHT TO CANCEL THE LOANWHICH I NEVER RECEIVED THEN I RESCIND THE LOAN AND THE DID NOT RESPOND AT ALL THATS RESPA VIOLATIONDesired Settlement: I would like them to pay MY attorneys fees and go off the title like they are supposed to
