Revdex.com spoke to Alexis at business and the following was relayed: The consumer ordered a  customer diamond ring. They selected their diamond, the entire ring was custom ordered. Our story policy is clearly posted on our website, there are no refunds for custom orders. Approximately a week after...

receiving the ring she wanted to change the setting, then she wanted to change the finish, both which were done at no charge. We did offer the provide the consumer a credit for the ring if returned, minus $250 for the labor and materials already spent on the ring. The consumer did send the ring back and the store credit has been granted.
