Alex's Auto Glass

I read a lot of good reviews on this place on Yelp, which now appear to be fraudulent. I took my car to them to have the windows tinted. It looked ok at first, but after a few weeks it began to bubble and sections were peeling off the windows. I contacted the shop, who offered to remove the tint free of charge and refund my money.

I took the car in to have the tint removed. I received a call a couple hours later the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I noticed the wheels were scraped up against the curb, brand new wheels that were literally 2 weeks old. I went in and confronted the owner, who stated he would take no responsibility for any damage to the vehicle. This became confrontational, obviously, and ended in him telling me not only was he not taking responsibility for damage to the car, but he was not refunding my original payment for the window tinting, either.

I am now forced to take this up with the Revdex.com. This shop needs to be seriously investigated, never in my life have I had a business owner commit outright robbery in front of my very eyes.
