United Home Solutions  has been in contact with this customer to take care of this matter. Customer has not received the runaround. Well known in the construction industry there are delays . Storms and such . Some are put first priority due to  living conditions of that customers home ....

This customer works third shift and has tried to contact company after business hours. His deposit has been sent out. His contract has been voided. All allegations are false. Customer harassed the company even in good faith and being civil. The matter has been resolved as far as this company is concerned.

We would like to do whatever we can to resolve this issue. However, we have been met with hostility when trying to do so. If [redacted] will agree to allow our workers to come out. We would gladly come out and attempt to resolve his issue

I was told by Rob the owner that the inside of the house was covered under the roof warranty and it would be taken care of. If it was not covered then why was I not told this in all the conversations that had taken place over a six month period? This is another lie from United Home Solutions. I have already been told that what they did was malicious destruction of property and I should take legal action.

This is not a quality repair and this issue will not be resolved until it it repaired properly. As I said before I was told that this was done on purpose because they were mad at me because I yelled at them over the phone to get this done after 6 months. I invite Rob the owner to come out to inspect this out for himself. I would call but they have blocked all phone numbers I have called from before.

This issue was not covered under warranty but we took care of it anyway to make customer happy.

However, Mr [redacted] workmen did come back on Monday not Tuesday, we were gone Monday until late in the evening and did not check the roof on tuesday or Wednesday since Mr [redacted] had stated Tuesday morning that his men would be out that day, they did not come back Tuesday so we wrote Revdex.com on Wednesday.  Had Mr [redacted] communicated on Tuesday morning that his men had been out on Monday we would have checked the roof at that time.  All is good with Mr. [redacted] and his work and occurred because of lack of communication of what they had done.

no!!!!!!!!!!. I knew they wouldn't helene. they haven't in over three years did you really think they would after getting a message from the Revdex.com. I'll just keep posting to friends and family to never use them. thank you for your assistance. scott messinger.

We have kept in contact with mr. [redacted] since we have began working with him. Upon receiving payment from mr. [redacted], we informed him that our schedule was 4-5 weeks out, depending on the weather. Obviously, any rain that we get will set our schedule back, as we cannot install roofs in the rain....

Mr. [redacted] will be our first call Monday morning. We will update him on the status of his schedule as we have done in the past. We will then proceed to work towards getting Mr. [redacted]'s roof done as soon as possible.

Ok, as of yet the shingles have not layed down and we need to move on to the replacement,As was previously agreed to when I talked to Lee.

We will make the necessary replacement to resolve this issue. We have scheduled this with our production manager and will have it done asap. As we do have rain in our forecast, it may take longer than usual, but it will be done as soon as physically possible

We are making the efforts needed to resolve this complaint. We are going to do whatever is necessary to fix the issues in a timely manner. If the shingles have still not sealed correctly by Monday, we will take further steps to resolve the issue.

This should be resolved as of today. My techs were out this morning to repair the shingles. I made them send me photos from the residence, so that I knew they were there.

I had to contact this company is unusual manners due to the fact that this company was dodging my phone calls. Also the person on the phone was impersonating other people. He did not identify him self correctly to police also. He has given the police partial refund after tacking on absurd amount of fees. I have received less then half the money I am owed. I was given the run around for months on end with false promises. there has been no good faith from this company what so ever if anything they have been hostile. They have had any scheduling issues as they haven't had any jobs as for as I know this businesses is now not doing any businesses. also this company doesn't do any emergency work with fires or storms in their history. this owner is con man, and has the criminal record to prove it.

[redacted]  I would like to think you, the work is completed, but I still had to ask over and over for things to have some of the work done right.

I was unaware that we have not been out there to look into this issue, as I've been told that our techs have been to the property. This issue will be resolved by the end of the day on June 10th.

  I’m going to forward the pictures of the damage to my roof that have not been addressed I have continuously been trying to make contact with Mr. Rob C[redacted] the owner of united Home Solutions who came out and gave an estimate received three checks from [redacted] he didn’t subcontracted the job out to a roofing company that did the damage he in return came out for the final check went up on the roof realized that the damage was done stated that he would repair it and has not done so this was all done in the month of September we are now entering into the month of November
