As a small family owned business we work very hard to make it to all our customers residencies at the time allotted. We work very fast and efficiently to be able to drop off and pick up all throughout the Inland Empire. Every week a team cleans...

and disinfects all the tables, chairs, jumpers, and other material that is rented out to our customers.
Part of the drop off routine is counting all the material dropped off as well as making sure the a customer is above 18 years of age.
If there were missing chairs, what our team does not understand is why the customer did not report it at the time off drop off or set up.
The contract states "If there are some lost or destruction of Tables, Chairs, or Jumper it would require the total value of equipment".
As a small family business the loss of our equipment is a big disadvantage to our stability as a small business.
We have a copy of the agreement if needed.
