Review: I attempted to purchase tires from Alex's Tires Saturday, 5-18-13. After paying $400.00 I was told the tires would not be available until the following Monday. This was not exceptable for me, so I requested an refund right then so I could go elsewhere to get tires that I needed for a trip that should have started Sunday. The employee told me he didn't know how to do that and to wait for Monday when the owner was available. I talked to Alex monday, explained to him what had transpired. Alex agreed to see about getting my money refunded. From that point on it has been first one excuse after another. I just want the money that he has admitted that he owes me. I am requesting an additional $200.00 for the inconvenience of missing the trip my family had planned and I still have not been paid what I'm owed.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund
As mentioned above a total of $600.00 for the tires and inconvience.
